Damaged or Defective Items (Eligible for Refund/Replacement)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Your order number


Once verified, we will offer either:


  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund



Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:


  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect use or misuse of the product
  • Minor variations in appearance or packaging
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer



Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.



Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.
